The I.O. of St. Luke's 1927 pageant, Emblematic Progress, was produced to celebrate the organization's 60th anniversary. The pageant booklet describes decorations how-to, participants' dress code and just about everything needed to produce a successful pageant. The creative show depicted IOSL stalwarts Mary Prout as "Birth of Organization," W.M.T. Forrester as "Stability," and Maggie L. Walker as "Inspiration--1900 to Present."
